The Naboo Planet
A part of the Chommel sector in the Outer Rim territories, Naboo's geography is unlike most. Lacking a molten core, it is covered in swamps, hills, and plains. The temperature is temperate and the planet is inhabited by two main groups. The Naboo 
(humans) who are the main government on the planet and have communications with other worlds, and the Gungans, a group of amphibians that keep to themselves and live in underwater settlements.
The cities of the Naboo are on the water, and they have
classic architecture with a lot of greenery. The Naboo are ruled by elected leaders who serve
four year terms. Each ruler can be elected for two terms, though it is possible to pass
amendments to enable them to remain longer. Each of their main cities also have a supervisor,
though the term lengths and limits have not been mentioned. Naboo also has three outlying moons
that are somewhat inhabited, mostly for mining and other such businesses. The capital of the
Naboo is Theed, which is near waterfalls and is the location of the palace.
Though the Naboo are generally at peace, there was a time of war which little is known about. It is traditional for the Queens of Naboo to wear make-up and clothing in remembrance of these dark times.
